New this Fall: Save Time - Use Mobile Check-In for In-Person Tech Help

The start of the academic year means learning a lot of new things, including new technology or new requirements that might require some in-person help. UMass Amherst Information Technology is always there to help through the IT Service Desk. With Mobile Check-In, you can get tech help more efficiently.

Once you check in online, the system will save your spot in the queue and start the troubleshooting process, making the visit more efficient. You will be able to share information about what's bringing you into the ServiceDesk before you even see anyone face-to-face.
