RESOLVED: Multiple Microsoft O365 Service Issues Reoccurring - Mon., 6/5

UPDATE: As of 8:40 p.m. on Mon., June 5th, 2023, Microsoft reports Office 365 services have been recovered. Microsoft will be monitoring Office 365 for any performance issues.


UPDATE: As of 4:20 p.m. on Mon., June 5th, 2023, Microsoft reports the issue affecting multiple Microsoft O365 Services has reoccurred. Once again, Microsoft is actively investigating.


UPDATE: As of 1:30 p.m. on Mon., June 5th, 2023, Microsoft reports Office 365 services have been recovered. Microsoft will be monitoring Office 365 for any performance issues in the meantime.


UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) is investigating issues affecting multiple Microsoft O365 Services on Mon., June 5th, 2023. This is a vendor-driven issue, which Microsoft has acknowledged and is actively investigating.
