Password Reset & Login Issues Resolved - Mon., 5/1

The issues affecting ability to reset UMass Amherst IT account passwords reported earlier have been resolved. 

If you reset your password over the weekend and cannot access your account, please reset your password again using the Password & NetID Help link at spire.umass.edu.

UMass Amherst Information Technology is aware of issues affecting the ability to reset UMass Amherst IT account passwords in SPIRE. Campus community members who reset their password over the weekend (4/29 - 4/30) may be temporarily unable to log in

  1. ​Please do not reset your password until further notice. 
  2. If you did reset your password over the weekend, and are now unable to log in, please stay tuned for an announcement when the issue is resolved.
