On Wednesday, January 18, 2023, from 7-8 AM, printer connectivity in Boyden Gymnasium and the Football Performance Center may be temporarily interrupted while UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) performs network maintenance. Wireless/wired internet connectivity will not be affected.

While minimal impact is expected, we recommend that members of the campus community who work in those buildings:

• Turn your computer(s) and the printer on and off again after the maintenance window if you are having trouble printing.
• If you follow those steps and printing issues remain, reach out to Enterprise Desktop Support at entdsupport@umass.edu.

For other printer or connectivity issues outside of the maintenance window, you’re encouraged to reach out to your IT Support team.
