Assessing. UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) is investigating wireless issues reported since yesterday, Tuesday, November 1, 2022. These issues affected the eduroam network in multiple areas of campus: members of the campus community reported dropped connectivity and unsuccessful connection attemps. If you are experiencing a wireless issue, please contact the IT Service Desk at it@umass.edu or 413-545-9400.
Resolved. Wireless connectivity was briefly interrupted starting at 8:50 a.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 in the southwest part of campus, including the buildings listed below. Connectivity has been restored.
