Moodle Now AvailableNovember 19, 2015Moodle is now available following an outage that started Thursday morning, November 19, 2015 at approximately 9:30 a.m. It is resolved as of 10:30 a.m. During the outage, instructors and teacher assistants were not able to access courses in Moodle. UPDATE: Exchange Email & Calendaring Now Available - Tue, 11/10November 10, 2015UPDATE (11:30 a.m.): Exchange email and calendaring are now available following this morning's outage. If you continue to experience problems logging into your Exchange email account, please contact IT User Services (413-545-9400 or it@umass.edu). We are receiving reports that Exchange email and calendaring are unavailable as of 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2015. UMass Amherst IT is currently investigating. Other email services, including Apps at UMass Amherst and UMail, are operating normally.

Email Delivery Delays to Non-UMass Email Addresses - Mon., 10/26October 26, 2015On October 26, 2015, email messages from UMass Amherst email accounts sent to some non-UMass email services may be temporarily delayed for up 48 hours. During this interval, members of the university community may receive notifications of undelivered mail. As a result of some information security issues, external email services are temporarily delaying accepting messages from UMass Amherst. UMass Amherst IT staff is working to resolve these issues, and are closely monitoring our email servers for further issues. |
