Starting Monday, June 13, 2022, IT User Services has a new name and a new home.
After more than three decades in Lederle Graduate Research Center, the IT Service Desk (formerly IT User Services) moves to its new home on the ground floor of the Campus Center just off the main concourse heading towards the Student Union. IT Service Desk staff are available to answer your technology questions and support your computing needs via email, chat, phone, and in person. In the Campus Center, the physical IT Service Desk will provide a more immersive support experience, with expanded hours and on-demand microlearning planned for later this year.
The new name, IT Service Desk, better reflects the broad range of activities that IT support teams are engaged in, emphasizes delivering service to our community, and is connected to IT service management best practices.
