Coming Soon: Remote Access Software Security ChangesSeptember 26, 2023Over the coming months, UMass Amherst Information Technology (UMass IT) will implement additional security controls that will impact how to remotely access university computers and servers. Changes to how users access Secure Shell Protocol (SSH) will be made in January 2024. This will reduce risks to university computers and data by further limiting remote access from the Internet. |
