IT computer classrooms is looking to hire new Computer Classroom Assistants for Fall 2016. Undergraduate students with strong customer service skills, a professional attitude, and basic computing skills across Windows and Macintosh platforms are desired. Preference will be given to freshman and sophomore applicants. 

Exchange Email & Calendaring Configuration Updates

On July 12, 2016, we standardized the way users configure Exchange email and calendaring on their devices (e.g., mobile devices, Microsoft Outlook, Mac Mail). When configuring, you will need to use in the email field, instead of This brings the configuration process in line with other IT services such as eduroam and Google Apps.

You will also be able to log in to the online Outlook Web App (OWA) with instead of Domain\NetID.
