Unplanned Service Interruption: Duo Two-Step Login - Weds, 12/15

On Wednesday, December 15, 2021, UMass Amherst Information Technology received reports of issues affecting access to services requiring Duo two-step login (including HRDirect).

The Duo service interruption appears to be caused by issues with Amazon Web Services (AWS) - so members of the campus community may experience intermittent issues accessing other services powered by AWS.
