Planned Print Server Upgrades to Affect IT, EDS Clients – Mon., 10/23 & Fri., 10/27, 9:30-11 a.m.

On Monday, October 23, 2023, from 9:30-11:00 a.m., and on Friday, October 27, 2023, from 9:30-11:00 a.m., University of Massachusetts Information Technology (UMass IT) will be performing planned maintenance to upgrade print servers. Only printing access will be affected during this maintenance window.

Upgrades will happen on Monday for UMass IT, and upgrades will happen on Friday for Enterprise Desktop Services (EDS) Clients.  An email with more information has been sent to clients’ department heads and chairs.

RESOLVED: Issue Affecting Services Using Auth-LDAP - Thurs., 10/12

October 12, 2023Update: 

As of 11 a.m., UMass IT reports the problem affecting services using Auth-LDAP, such as OWL, has been resolved.
