We are continuing to work with our vendor partners to resolve some issues with the Shared page in OneDrive on the web. These issues will be resolved on a case by case basis after the transition to OneDrive is finalized - so please follow the instructions below to check if your account is affected and report it.
Report Shared Page Issues
Please follow the steps below to check for shared page issues, and email email@example.com from your UMass Amherst address to report them.
Check for Shared Page Issues
- Go to umass-my.sharepoint.com and log in with your firstname.lastname@example.org and password to access your UMass Amherst OneDrive.
- In the navigation pane at left, under OneDrive, click Shared.
- If you get an error message (e.g., Something went wrong), please report the issue.
You do not need to report issues if you have no files on the Shared screen or you do not see an error message.
