The university has recently been made aware that information from a past breach of a non-UMass service, ParkMobile, which occurred in March, has been exposed online. Some members of the campus community were included in the list of affected accounts, and have been notified individually. Check your email for a message.
- If the password you used for ParkMobile was the same as your NetID password, change your UMass Amherst IT Account password in SPIRE immediately. Please use unique passwords for every service.
- You may have already received a message from ParkMobile (firstname.lastname@example.org), with instructions to protect your information. Please check your email and junk/spam folder for this message and complete the required steps.
