UPDATE: Login Issues for Some IT Services - Weekend Maintenance Starting Fri., 4/23

Following maintenance performed by UMass Amherst Information Technology on Saturday, April 24, we believe that issues logging in to some IT services for some members of the campus community have been resolved.

4/23 5:30 p.m.

We have identified the cause of login issues for some IT services, and have taken steps to resolve them for some members of the campus community. In order to continue working towards fully resolving these issues, we will be performing maintenance over the weekend. 

  • SPIRE will be unavailable for previously planned maintenance 8 p.m. Friday, 4/23 through 8 p.m. on Saturday, 4/24
  • During this maintenance period and over the weekend, some members of the campus community still affected by login issues may also be unable to connect or log in to other IT services. These services include but are not limited to the eduroam network, SPIRE, Moodle, Blackboard, and HR Direct.

We have identified the cause of the intermittent login issues reported for some IT services earlier today, and have taken steps toward a quick resolution. Some members of the campus community may still experience issues accessing our services.
