The Moodle login issues reported earlier this afternoon have been resolved. If you are experiencing any problems with Moodle, please contact IT User Services at firstname.lastname@example.org or 413-545-9400.
UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) is investigating reports that students and instructors cannot log in to Legacy Moodle, one of the university's learning management systems. Members of the campus community may get the following error message: "You seem to be Shibboleth authenticated but Moodle has no valid account for your username. Your account may not exist or it may have been suspended." Updates will be provided as soon as they become available.
