Email Delivery Issues Resolved - Fri., 1/8

Update Fri., 1/8:

Between Saturday, December 19, 2020 and Friday, January 8, 2021, email messages sent from UMass Amherst email accounts to some non-UMass addresses may have been temporarily delayed or blocked. During this time period:

  • Comcast delayed messages sent from UMass Amherst email accounts. 
  • If you forward your UMass Amherst email to a Comcast email address, your incoming messages may have been temporarily delayed or blocked. 

Thank you for your patience. As of Friday, January 8, 2021, these issues should be resolved. UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) continues to monitor email services and work with email vendors to solve issues as quickly as possible.
