IT Repair Center service will be unavailable Monday, December 21, 2020 through Monday, January 4, 2021. During this time, members of the campus community will not be able to request diagnosis or check in new devices for repair.
- Any devices checked in for Repair Center service on or after Monday, December 14 will not be available until Monday, January 4, 2021, due to delays in parts and availability.
- All request for the return of devices (repaired or not), must be processed before Thursday, December 17, or they will not be available until Monday, January 4, 2021. For assistance during this period, please refer to umass.edu/it/get-help.
