Some members of the campus community may have issues accessing content, uploading, and downloading files using Box, our secure online storage service, on Monday, October 19, 2020. This is a global outage, not related to UMass Amherst. The vendor is working to resolve these issues. Updates are available from the Box status page at status.box.com.
