Got a broken computer or device? The IT User Services Repair Center now offers hardware repairs and support for many Apple, Dell and Lenovo devices through a new intake process for the Fall 2020 semester.
For personal (non university-owned) devices, start by bringing a supported device to the UMass Store - either by appointment or walk-in. Make sure your device is on the supported devices list. If your device is not listed, the Repair Center technicians will make their best effort to assist you or make a referral.
For university-owned devices (e.g. a work laptop or phone), start by contacting your area's IT administrator, who will assess hardware repair needs and make a referral for service.
