Moodle is now available, following the login issues reported earlier. Students and instructors may experience some initial slowness as the system restarts. Thank you for your patience as our teams worked to restore Moodle. We will continue to monitor IT services for any other issues that may arise.
Our technical teams are making progress and Moodle is now available for some members of the campus community. We will continue to monitor the Moodle environment until the service is fully restored.
UMass Amherst IT continues to investigate login issues to Moodle. Instructors can:
- Access their class rosters in SPIRE and create class email lists to communicate with students.
- Use the UMass Amherst Zoom web portal to access scheduled Zoom meetings for their Moodle courses.
We are working to address the Moodle issues with urgency. Thank you for your patience.
UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) is investigating reports that some members of the campus community cannot log in to Moodle, one of the university's learning management systems. Updates will be provided as soon as they become available.
