The issue has been resolved. Campus telephones are now receiving off-campus calls.
UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) is investigating reports that some campus telephones may not be receiving calls from off campus. Outside callers may have trouble reaching a campus number.
Outgoing calls or calls between two campus phones are not affected. The vendor is aware of this issue and is working towards a resolution as soon as possible
