Reported VPN Connectivity Issues Resolved, Fri., 3/20

On Friday, March 20, 2020, UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) received reports of connectivity issues involving its virtual private network (VPN) service.

As of this afternoon, UMass Amherst IT was able to identify the issue and restore connectivity for those who were affected.
