The vendor has fixed the reported issue and full service has been restored.
The vendor has identified the issue and is continuing its work to fully restore the online storage service (Box). Parts of the service appear to be functioning normally, but another update will be provided once the work is complete.
UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) is aware that our online storage service (Box) has been unavailable since approximately 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 12, 2019. The vendor is working to resolve these issues. Updates are available from the Box status page at status.box.com.
