RESOLVED: Azure Virtual Desktop Unavailable – Weds., 2/23

Azure Virtual Desktop is now available following an extended outage. Some issues may persist as UMass Amherst IT continues to work with the vendor on addressing the root cause.

Update: IT Service Availability Issues Resolved - Tues., February 8

Tues., February 8, 8:30 p.m.

IT services including SPIRE, Moodle, and university websites are now available, and issues reported earlier have been resolved.
