Starting on Monday, August 12, 2019, the IT Repair Center and Enterprise Desktop Support, two critical branches of IT User Services, open in a new, more central campus location - Dickinson Hall (pdf), right behind South College. 15-minute parking is available next to the building for quick equipment drop-off.
- The IT Repair Center provides computer maintenance and repair services to UMass Amherst students, faculty, and staff, and members of the Five College community. IT Repair Center supported devices list
The Repair Center will be closed between Monday, August 5 until Friday, August 9.
- Enterprise Desktop Support manages and supports university-owned computing and mobile devices for UMass Amherst departments. Limited support will be available between Tuesday, August 6 and Monday, August 12. Clients are encouraged to report critical issues to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Repairs can also be dropped off/picked up right at the UMass Store in the Campus Center. See store website for hours.
- General IT support remains available in A109 Lederle Graduate Research Center and the Learning Commons.
