The previously reported issues affecting two-step login (Duo multi-factor authentication) have now been resolved.

UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) is aware of an issue affecting the two-step login (Duo multi-factor authentication) service used to access some UMass Amherst services such (e.g. HR Direct). The issue affects members of the campus community who chose to use the Duo mobile app to receive push notifications. To check the status of the Duo system, visit status.duo.com.
