UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) is investigating reports of email delivery delays and other issues affecting two campus email services (Microsoft Exchange and UMail). Members of the campus community may experience delays in receiving email messages. Outgoing messages from UMass Amherst email accounts may also be delayed by external email providers. Our postmasters are actively working with email vendors to resolve these issues.
