UMass Amherst Information Technology transitioned to a new UMass Office 365 site on January 2, 2018. The old Office 365 web portal has been kept available longer than originally intended, but will be shut down on March 15, 2018. Learn how to transfer your OneDrive and/or OneNote files with these instructions. After this time, members of the university community must log in using the new Office 365 web portal with their new account, using the format:
- Username: NetID@umass.edu
- Password: SPIRE password
Data that has not been transferred from old OneDrive or OneNote accounts to new accounts will not be user recoverable after March 15th, but may be recoverable by UMass Amherst IT for up to 30 days.
