Create a public web presence for your teaching or research with WordPress, an easy-to-use platform for creating websites and blogs. Common uses by faculty on campus include scholarly portfolios, personal blogs, blogs authored by students as part of a course, public-facing course websites, and informational websites for labs, centers, or research groups. In this introductory workshop for instructors you'll learn your way around Blogs at UMass, the WordPress service provided by UMass Amherst Information Technology. 

To register, click the Event Registration link. The Instructional Technology Workshop page will open. In the calendar on the page, find and click the event name and then click Register for this workshop. You will be prompted to log in with your NetID and Password. Once logged in, click Signup... and then follow the prompts.
