Stack of Books
Do you want to deepen your understanding of the statistics behind the methods you use in your research?  So do we! We invite to join our Statistics in the Social Sciences Reading Group (SSSRG). This is an interdisciplinary group of faculty, post-doctoral scholars and graduate students who gather to discuss a methodological topic based on group interest. We welcome participants from all disciplines!

We invite you to join us! In Spring 2019, meetings will take place twice per month on Mondays from 12:15-1:15 in Machmer E23 unless otherwise noted.  Meeetings will be on the following dates: 2/3, 2/18 (UMass Monday), 3/2, 3/23, 4/6, and 4/20.

Our first meeting this spring will be an open discussion of thorny statistical problems you have encountered in your research. Please bring your unsolved problems!
