The Center for Emplyment Equity at the University of Massachusetts Amherst (CEE) has released its second report on employment diversity/discrimination: Evidence from the Frontlines on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Discrimination
This report by M.V. Lee Badgett (Economics | UMass), Amanda Baumle (Sociology | U. of Houston) and Steven Boutcher (CEE | UMass)  analyzes data on the 9,121 charges of Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI) discrimination that were filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) or with a state or local fair employment practices agency (FEPA) between 2013 and 2016. These charges provide an unprecedented view into the situations where employees believe that they have faced discrimination because of their sexual orientation and/or gender identity. The authors report on trends in charge filing over time and on patterns by industry, issues raised and outcomes of the charges.
Both Badgett and Boutcher are former ISSR Scholars, and Boutcher has served as a staff affiliate through his recent leadership of CEE and now the Law and Society Association.
