This NVivo workshop will help you to explore your data and get a sense of what is happening with you data as you move forward with your project. Using a coded sample project in NVivo, we will explore the use of queries to generate different kinds of results from qualitative data. Running through examples of how to analyze your data in the software, this workshop focuses on demonstrating a variety of analytic possibilities in NVivo and how to organize your queries and results.
This workshop is designed for users who have basic familiarity with NVivo and want to get some structured practice with queries.* Throughout the workshop, we will work within a sample project, developing techniques and thought-processes you’ll be able to use on your own materials.
*If you’re new to NVivo , there is an Introductory course in NVivo being offered on October 30, from 12-2 pm EST ; you can enroll in both the introductory course and this course. The queries course is not suggested prior to the Introductory course if you are a new user.
