Heather is the Director of Finance and Administration for the International Programs Office. She is responsible for the management of all financial activities of IPO, including budget development, implementation and oversight, as well as all HR-related items including payroll and hiring. Prior to coming to UMass Amherst, she worked for 20 years as controller for a business newspaper in Boston.
