The IDEAS team is happy to announce the new upcoming Teach-Tech-Talks (TTT) workshop series! The goal of TTT is to create a community of practice where educators with varying degrees of experience can come together to learn about leveraging technology in their teaching. We welcome all instructors interested in hearing from innovative educators around our campus.
IDEAS will host monthly flex meetings, where one expert will present, followed by a Q&A session and a group discussion. Participants can join remotely via Zoom or in-person. Food will be provided for in-person attendees!
Our first speaker will be Brokk Toggerson from the Physics Department. A 2022 Instructional Innovation Fellow (IIF), Brokk will present on Universal Design for Learning, and how he has used 3D-printed models to enhance teaching in his courses, especially for students with low vision. Stay tuned for more information on the TTT Workshops, upcoming dates and times, and more exciting opportunities!
