Through five years as an Instructional Designer in the IDEAS team in varied roles, Fraser has partnered with faculty on early Flex and other high-quality course development initiatives, contributed to documentation standardization and streamlining projects, supported faculty with tech solutions, rapid online course adaptations, strengthening student engagement, and reinforcing student-centered course design. Recently, Fraser has explored game-based learning, the impact of A.I. in Education, and new frontiers in Music Education as additional areas of interest.
