Julian Lustig-Gonzalez, MBA

Julian Lustig-Gonzalez serves as Associate Director of IALS Venture Development, bringing more than 10 years of experience to the role. As an experienced startup advisor, mentor, and operator, he has helped numerous ventures build out their financial, operational, and administrative systems and processes. In previous roles as a controller and as an academic spin-off co-founder, Julian has helped researchers raise over $12M in non-dilutive funding across NSF and various DoD branches and agencies. He holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
