Helen is a Licensing Officer in the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Her portfolio focuses on engineering and software inventions. She identifies, evaluates, and supports technologies with the potential to establish new startup companies. She also works with startups through the UMass Amherst I-Corps program and other campus entrepreneurship programs. Prior to joining the TTO, Helen did multi-disciplinary research and development in the life science tools and diagnostics industry for seven years.

Aditi is a former tenured professor with over a decade of experience doing research on social media, online dating, and technology's impact on human lives. She is the founder of Dr. Paul and Company, a peer and expert mentorship network to help immigrants navigate the complex world of employment-based immigration.
Dan H. Berger Esq., Partner at Green & Spiegel
Dan is a Partner at Green & Spiegel, U.S. leading the Academic and Medical Immigration Team. He is an Academic Fellow at Cornell Law School, and an Honorary Fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. He is on the Legal Advisory Board and the Board of Directors of the Presidents’ Alliance on Immigration & Higher Education, and on the Legal Advisory Council of the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute (largest bipartisan congressional caucus). Dan also advises the Talent Mobility Fund on STEM immigration issues.
Myron Kassaraba, Vice President, MassVentures
Myron is a member of the MassVentures investment team and leads the Mass Academic Spinouts Center (MASC) working with the State's universities, academic research hospitals and non-profit research labs to facilitate the translation of technology/inventions from the lab to the market. He also works on new programs for supporting and funding academic spinouts to accelerate the adoption of new technologies and expand their impact to the Massachusetts economy.
