Dr. Pradeep Fulay, Program Director for the Directorate for Technology and Partnerships at the National Science Foundation (NSF), came for a site visit to learn what UMass Amherst Accelerating Research Translation (ART) has been doing to accelerate translational research on campus. The ART team, which includes the PI, Co-PIs and seven sub-team leads, presented their progress and discussed future plans. The first cohort of ART STRP awardees shared their project milestones and plans for positive societal impact.
