Location: ZOOM

The team at the Massachusetts AI and Technology Center for Connected Care in Aging & Alzheimer’s Disease warmly welcomes you to register and join us for the May Session of our Webinar Series. We are privileged to be able to highlight research from one of our Pilot Awardees, Blue Iris Labs, on their development of a small, wearable light meter capable of bringing lab-quality measurements of personal light exposure to the real world. Like other health based trackers, such as Apple Watches or Oura rings, the Blue Iris Lab’s Speck device focuses a lens on a new metric to better understand our health, in particular our circadian health, which can have profound implications on how we are able to learn from and adjust the patterns of our behavioral and lifestyle factors to improve our overall wellbeing. Learn how these sensors could enable new therapeutic interventions for people living with Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias. Please join us for this exciting presentation from Erik Page, Founder and CEO of Blue Iris Labs, with an introduction and moderation by Dr. Rebecca Spencer, member of the MassAITC Clinical Translational & Validation Core and renowned sleep science expert.
