Judith Steen, PhD, Harvard Medical School & Boston Children’s Hospital

Dr. Steen is a Professor of Neurobiology at Harvard Medical School, Director of the Neuroproteomics Laboratory at Boston Children’s Hospital, and a member of the Harvard Stem Cell Institute. Her research focuses on uncovering the molecular mechanisms that govern neuroregeneration and neurodegenerative diseases. The Steen Lab develops innovative proteomic technologies to identify molecular targets and biomarkers of neuronal injury and repair. By integrating large-scale proteomic data with functional studies in mouse, stem cell, and human models, Dr. Steen’s work aims to reveal new therapeutic strategies to promote regeneration and combat neurodegeneration.
