Department of Psychology | College of Natural Sciences | BS '21
Maha is an International student from Karachi, Pakistan. In the sleep lab, she worked on an industry project which tested protoypes that help subjects sleep better. Throughout the study, she enjoyed taking the lead on the data transfer and data management aspects of the project. Maha also helped travel to participants' homes and set up the polysomnography, which entailed attaching electrodes to their face and scalp.
"What I like about this is it’s not just an internship. It’s so much more that they’re offering—the soft skills workshops and the networking opportunities that I’ve gotten."
