In the Nutriceutical facility, Jessica worked on starting up the reverse osmosis machine. She was tasked with beginning to utilize the machine, digging up lost material, and contacting many people within the company to acquire information. 

I would be interested in applying what I learned from this into the future, too. It all has to do with product development, which is the main goal of what food science can be-- which is my goal.
