Quick Start
- Create Account
- At kiosk: New Account → touchscreen.
- Or online: go.neb.com/nebnowumassamherst
- Activate Account
- Check email (spam/junk too). Follow instructions for payment source.
- Call NEB with UMass US Bank Card info for billing.
- Receive PIN by email.
- Access Freezer
- Log in with PIN.
- Always scan barcode when taking items → card charged automatically.
- Check confirmation email sent for each purchase.
Special Orders
- Place via Special Order tab on kiosk.
- Order by Tuesday → Delivered Thursday (stocked Thursday/Friday afternoon).
- Storage:
- –20°C → Freezer “Special Order” bin (no scan needed).
- 4°C & –80°C → Pick up at GRL (Morrill I, N330).

Note:
- Deliveries may be delayed due to weather or other factors. Orders are typically stocked in the kiosk by Thursday / Friday late afternoon. If you place an order on Wednesday or later, it will be delivered on Thursday of the following week.
