Business Innovation Fellows Program
The Business Innovation Fellows program combines business expertise from the Isenberg School of Management and life science innovation from the Institute for Applied Life Sciences (IALS). It's where life science entrepreneurship meets business know how before launching into the market.
The mission of the Business Innovation Fellows is to act as a catalyst within IALS and the local community, facilitating the commercialization of research by participating in collaborative learning, business plan development, and establishing partnerships between industry and IALS.
The Business Innovation Fellows work to:
- Facilitate the translation of basic research to product development and industry partnerships.
- Prioritize a portfolio of innovative concepts and provide strategic, operational, and business development expertise towards startup ventures.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration between the business school, life science and technology researchers, and industry experts.
The Business Innovation Fellows offer comprehensive consultation addressing multiple perspectives, including business readiness, team assessment, strategic alignment, market research and viability of product, customer discovery, investor readiness, and operations management. Ad hoc services are also provided.
If you are interested in working with the fellows, please contact the director, Karen Utgoff at firstname.lastname@example.org.
