Individuals wishing to change their direct deposit information, including adding or changing bank accounts, outside of HR Direct must do so in person at the HR Service Center on the 3rd floor of Whitmore Administration Bldg. Individuals seeking to make changes to the direct deposits must present valid, picture ID. HR will not accept any change requests via email, phone, or by individuals other than the employee wishing to make the change.
