Giovanna Truong is the 2024–25 Fellow in Bibliography and Translations at the Yiddish Book Center. She holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Yale University and a master’s degree in Yiddish studies from the University of Oxford. As a printer’s apprentice, she has made books, broadsides, and ephemera by letterpress printing, which informs her research in historical bookmaking and typography. In her free time, she runs juggling club meetings in the Midwest, New England, Old England, and Wales.
