Bio

Mr. Bloom is a consultant for contact centers, formerly CEO of a commercial bakery, president of Aegis Communications, and and co-founder of Customer Operations Performance Center. He graduated from UMass Amherst with a degree in political science in 1978 and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.  In addition to the Commonwealth Honors College Advisory Board, Mr. Bloom has also served on the UMass Amherst Foundation Board of Directors.  He has served as a member of the CHC Advisory Board since 2005.
