IntelliVen, a leading executive team development organization led by Commonwealth Honors alum Peter DiGiammarino, has partnered with the University Without Walls (UWW) program to provide an immersive online development program for leadership teams. The UWW program offers degrees and certificates in several subject areas, creates a learning experience that supports the needs and goals of lifelong learners, and expands access to education by creating high-quality innovative pathways.

“IntelliVen teaches leaders, teams and organizations to set direction, achieve team alignment, implement strategy, and make the change they want to grow faster and perform better,” DiGiammarino said.

DiGiammarino is a current member of the Commonwealth Honors Advisory Board and '75 graduate of the UMass honors program in computer science, economics and mathematics. He continued his studies, earning an MBA in strategy, information technology and organization development from MIT's Sloan School of Management in 1977.

As a UMass Bateman Scholar in Residence in 2010 and, DiGiammarino initially developed the Manage to Lead System that transformed into the successful programming IntelliVen offers today. He has over 35 years of leadership experience running successful organizations, and has taught at the University of San Francisco, Golden Gate University and American University.

The IntelliVen program facilitates construction of an overall vision and practical strategies to address an organization's unique and most pressing challenges.
