CHC Student Ambassadors

The Outreach and Recruitment Unit of the Commonwealth Honors College (CHC) is seeking applications for a student leadership opportunity in the CHC Student Ambassador Program.

Student Ambassadors participate in the recruitment of prospective students by conducting information sessions about the benefits of CHC (scholarship, research, programs, leadership, community building, networking, and social and cultural competencies). The Student Ambassadors also participate on student panels at various events when necessary, and provide support for all tasks that enhance Student Recruitment. This is a paid position which provides valuable leadership, public speaking experience, and customer service skills.

• Applicants for this position are required to attend a group process interview and individual interview
• Applicants must be a member in good standing of the Commonwealth Honors College
• It is preferred that applicants be in the class of 2025 and 2026 (Rising sophomores and juniors)

The beginning pay rate is $16.50 per hour, and the position entails 8-10 hours of work per week.
