Presenting at MassURC

Information and helpful tips for navigating the experience.

Presenters are encouraged to log in to the MassURC system to review and confirm conference information.

What to Expect at the Conference

The day of the conference is an exciting experience for students and faculty! Knowing the schedule and general structure of the day will help you to familiarize yourself with the day's events and participate fully.

Because the conference is virtual this year, some events will be prerecorded and available for viewing a few days before the day of the conference. Prerecorded events include student research presentations, which you are required to submit as a MassURC presenter. The keynote presentation will also be prerecorded so you can engage in a live Q&A on the day of the event. There are also live virtual events that will take place throughout the day of the conference.

The MassURC event app will serve as the platform for ALL conference information and programs – prerecorded and live. The app allows you to see what’s happening, search and view presenter abstracts and presentations, design your own schedule, participate in live events, communicate with other attendees, and more.

Think of it as your passport to all the engaging content and networking opportunities befitting this statewide initiative. From the time the app launches, we encourage you to create your profile and begin learning from and engaging with other presenters and faculty.

To assist you in taking advantage of everything the conference has to offer, we have created a timeline of required and optional activities for MassURC presenters to complete in the weeks and days leading up to the conference.
